This is smart card based solution is implemented at the pharmacy associated with a Doctors Health clinic .
The Smart Card could be issued at the Health clinic or at the Pharmacy. The Entire patient history including his allergies, blood group to his last dosage is written on the card with a copy in the database of the clinic.
The whole system is link with the clinic and the pharmacy, where the doctors have privilege rights to see the history of the patients and the pharmacy have limit to view the latest medicine or dosage prescribe to the patients.
By this method the doctor has access to all his patients' data at the flick of the key which helps him diagnose cases and medical history at the time of the patient visit to the clinic. This further helps in eliminating wastage of time spent on paper work. This also helps the patients for carry any case paper during his visit to the clinic.
At the pharmacy the dosage prescribed by the doctor is read from the card and the appropriate medicine given. At the pharmacy the customer also gets loyalty points for the medicines he purchases, which could be redeemed any time in cash or as a gift. With this card system the client was able to increase their customer base by 20%.

The objective for Loyalty Management System deployed at the Restaurant using smart card was to organize loyalty and customer management system for the existing customer of the Restaurants. And it did help increasing the turnover by 30% and increase customer base by 40% in the annually.
The customer card is prepaid cum loyalty card, wherein the customer gets loyalty points every time he goes to the restaurant to eat. He can redeem his loyalty points anytime in form of cash or a reward.
